In a pan, put 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2-3 cloves of garlic, fresh spinach, pre-cooked prawns. Fry gently at medium heat.
When the pasta is ready (spaghetti very al dente), pour them in the pan and add cherry tomatoes (halved), fresh parsley and ground black pepper.
Mix gently until the spaghetti are completely done and the tomatoes are a bit soft. It usually takes a couple of minutes at medium heat.
Tip: If you strained the spaghetti very, very al dente, you might need to add a little hot water to the pan when you are mixing the ingredients, otherwise they won’t cook.
